I wanted to give an excellent review for the experience at the Copnor Road Surgery today for my elderly mother. The link I was sent for survey feedback unfortunately had expired, but I could not fault the service today so decided to leave this review. Dr Kadapa was so thorough, patient and explained medical data very well . My only concern would be the steep stairs for older patients with mobility issues. The receptionist was very helpful in printing off test documents and booking further tests. I know the NHS is in crisis b... read more
