I just joined copiah bank found it to be a ok bank. My only problem is that i wish i could view my account on line

Horrible to deal with!!!!! My brother in law has an online account with them, which is a joke. All bank drafts amounts are incorrect. You cannot print a statement. He is constantly unable to get into the account and you are not provided a support number to contact for your branch. When you go through the password retrieval - it will not work and keeps asking you for an email subject??????? Firstly this bank has a garbage mobile app called Miss Ollie that is bugged out and never works. Secondly I had an account with them and was overdrafted 18 dollars. I was told that as long as I paid it in 30 days I would still have my bank account . Within 3 weeks it was sent to collections and my bank account closed. When I called about it I was told there was nothing they could do and even after settling it they would never let me own an account with them again.
