Didn't really like copiah bank ..... Did some work for a member of my family went there to cash the check I was paid with and honestly I think they could have done better.... After a few harsh looks and an overzealous teller ... I ended up having to call the customer myself after their failed attempt... And eventually I ended up prevailing...... I have done business before with quite a few banks in the past.... But with the exception of trustmark.... I can't say I have been to a worse location.... Just my personal opinion...... read more
I really mean that 1 star
Firstly this bank has a garbage mobile app called Miss Ollie that is bugged out and never works. Secondly I had an account with them and was overdrafted 18 dollars. I was told that as long as I paid it in 30 days I would still have my bank account . Within 3 weeks it was sent to collections and my bank account closed. When I called about it I was told there was nothing they could do and even after settling it they would never let me own an account with them again.
