Bought a mattress this morning from the warehouse section. All of the staff were wonderful. If you want quality furniture and supportive, friendly staff, go to Copenhagen!
Will absolutely shop here again. Customer service is excellent. Julie King even helped me find screws for a table that I purchased 5 years ago and lost in a move. How amazing!!!
Not only do I love this store, but the service is unbelievable!! My husband has a dearly beloved recliner chair that we have had around for 7 years. The power went out, and I thought either a new chair might be needed or new battery, wiring who knew. Pascal came out at 10:30, when his window was 10:20 -!, found the problem, fixed it. He was so very kind, and courteous, Thank you so very much Pascal
I used to love this place, but unfortunately, even when I still come by and try, there’s no value here anymore. Prices have really gone to another level and for the furnished rental business we use the furniture for, there’s just better options. Sadly, I may not be returning.
