When quality of product and quality of service come together in the same place it is a pleasure to be appreciated. If you are like me and don’t want aluminum and glass or painted wood furniture, this is the place to come. Beautiful natural wood, interesting fabric and classic design, all functional and comfortable at a fair price. And sound design advice as to form, function and placement. Tom Jackson and his team provided all of that with great patience and absolute reliability. Saved me so much time.
Have brought back a chair with a problem and they said they’ll fix it, Great service
After spending substantial amount of money to furnish our condo, our bed frame had to be disassembled due to work being done. When furniture was purchased we were assured if there were any issues in the future just call and they would take care of it. The bed frame was not reassembled correctly by the contractor so we needed assistance. We stopped at the store and were told rudely there would be an approximate $200 service charge to stop and help.
