This place is great, very fortunate to have this within a 10 min drive. Stuff is a bit pricey but that's just the coast man. You pay to live out here and it's worth it. Update 4-14-26, still a decent lumber yard, still pricey, nothing new to report.
Any project comes with the rule of three. Buy your material, a quarter into the project you forgot to buy ABC, so back to the store. Half way through the project you realize you don't have enough of the original material so back for the third time. I had the rule of four. Went to Copeland cause my contractor ran out of material.
