Completely inconsiderate
A beautiful place and a helpful staff.
A very poor experience. Waited 18 weeks for the Category1. Paid $20k for a dinner set. I have addressed the staves are mismatched in color and width. The chair has a crack after one week delivery (was not used). My concerns were not taking seriously by the factory. Still wait for replacement or return.
