Did not show for first appointment and did not acknowledge/apologize for same when finally met. Reneged on contract, changing terms of agreed-upon set-up needs and causing two out-of-state trustees to cancel trip to Memphis to retrieve a few personal items prior to the estate sale date. Lousy communication/does not return calls. Boorish, high-handed, unprofessional behavior throughout.There are many other companies in the area that treat customers with civility. This is "yahoo" culture at its worst. AVOID!

Great Estate Sale Company, Reasonable Prices, Great Employees and Customer Service, Great Quality Sales. I can't say enough good things and would give 10 stars if I could. I always REALLY enjoy shopping Jerry's sales!

In regards to the negative review listed on my Google business review account, the Tatums were allowed to shop early, several days before the estate sale started. We had not yet finished pricing. One item in particular that was priced was an early 19th Century tapestry that was hanging in the foyer 15' in the air. One of my employees priced it, not yet knowing what exactly it was....due to the limited conditions in reviewing it up close. I would not recommend Copeland Estate Sales. We wanted to purchase an item at a recent sale. We were quoted a price and agreed to pay the price on several items. They did not honor the price on our written receipt. They were not set up to take a credit card payment. When we came back just an hour later to pay with a check they would not honor the price on our written receipt. Their business is not professional.

Called and left a message detailing a few of the things in the home and only received a text back, "I appreciate you calling, but I deal with $20,000 estate sales and up." Very unprofessional to not even call back. I would not recommend.
