Never get a loan from this company. For the past year and a half, my wife and I have been trying to get my truck loan straightened out. This company was charging us insurance for years without our knowledge. They said "they sent it in the mail," but I never received any letters in the mail saying we were being charged. She treated us like more than just customers - she took the time to understand our situation, explored every option, and made sure we got an auto loan that truly worked for us. I had previously written a 3 star review because of the technology being a little bit behind the times but I updated my review to commend Coosa Pines on their progress as well as specifically say that I have been very happy with them over the last year. Charity is the main reason for my change of heart. She is great at what she does and very patient with me and my wife.
