My recent experience at Coosa Valley Credit Union was extremely disappointing. When my grandmother and I went in to discuss her account, Mrs. Pearle was very rude and unprofessional. She would not allow me to ask questions to get clarity or guidance. As I tried to explain what we were doing, she interrupted me and made it clear that she did not acknowledge me simply because I am not listed on the account or do not personally have an account with them.
