Fantastic place to bank with exalant customer service.
The lady at the front went in the other office and was gossiping and being loud about my business with her coworker. I will not be coming back at all. I have never been so disrespected before in my life as someone who is trying to get loan to build their credit.
I'll make it short. Got injured had to quit my job. Wells Fargo cut a check and coosa pines made it so difficult to do a simple online transfer I had to go in person while injured with three broken ribs of shattered elbow and a separated shoulder. Six visits later over 6 weeks. Wells Fargo was great they cut the check I had to deliver in person. And then they tell me you got to wait 10 more days. Place is a joke. Wouldn't bank here if it was the last credit union on Earth. Loan department sucks.
