They dropped my 85 year old grandmother off at the dentures. Told her to call when she was ready. They refused to answer the phone. We waited over an hour. The retirement home was finally able to get ahold of them. Super unprofessional and unreliable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bus drivers refuse to do their jobs and they'll pass people by even at their designated stops if they don't look a certain way. I've reported it countless times to the bus company with no response. Also they never pick up their phones, so good luck getting ahold of them.

I called for 20 minutes straight to try to get the green line at the casino, when I finally got a hold of someone they said the bus already passed, I see the bus not even reach momiji's or past momiji's? Giving them enough time to actually pull into the casino meaning they had not passed the casino at all, I flagged down the driver so I can get on the bus because I'm waiting on an approved stop and he can't pull over with enough time, he won't open the door.
