Awful changes making people submit paperwork 2-3 times because why? For what purpose??? This company has made so many changes that I’m almost positive they want people to give up on their request for mileage reimbursement. If you call the health plan, Ameriheath Caritas NH, and ask them what the changes are all about, they will tell you they have no idea. Every time I have to call (I’m on hold right now) it literally ruins my entire day b/c it’s so unnecessarily tedious with long wait times. I waited 9 months for a neurology appointment and they messed up and never picked me up. I would like to work there so I could make it better but
I called CTS to schedule a ride to go do a curbside grocery pick up at Walmart in Bradford, Pennsylvania and then the stop at the bank in the drive-through. My insurance provides us through Upmc for life and they don’t have no one in my area that does this they said that they were looking for a driver and they would call me back that day and that was three days ago. Never got a call back.
This is the best coordinated, transportation solutions Very happy I won’t trade it for no other company very happy customer
