This review isn’t about contacts or glasses. It’s about people who genuinely care about other people. Our airline lost our luggage on the way to Cooperstown. My son’s prescription glasses, daily contact lenses, and all of his baseball gear were in those bags. After spending the entire night trying to track them down and getting nowhere, I was exhausted and honestly starting to panic. This is absolutely the place to get your your glasses and any eye care needs. I worked closely with the team including James and Todd to get all of my families eyes taken care of. I would highly recommend that you visit the store, get your eyes checked, as they have the customers interest as priority number 1.
This business is outstanding! Living about 15 minutes from the business, this Optical Company was highly recommended by many of my neighbors. Having a short time before we head South, they got me in with an appointment and everybody from Katy at the front desk to Tadd were extremely helpful and very nice. I come in frequently to have my glasses re-adjusted and every time, James and the staff here, treat me and my children very well. Great professional friendly service.
My son playing in Cooperstown tourney this week lost his contact lenses and no other place was willing to help us get extra lenses even with a prescription but Cooperstown Optical provided us with trial lenses and solution at free of charge. We are so thankful and grateful for their willingness to help when needed the most. Thank you
