I put an online order in for patio furniture 10 weeks ago. I expected it to take a while to get to me, no problem with the timeline IF I was actually going to get the items I purchased. I maintained contact with this company monthly. Checking in, asking for updates, etc. They were responsive and gave every indication that they would be shipping my items within the week.
