She is welcoming, I felt safe in her presence and her skills are of Master level. She is a first class therapist… Thank you Helen.

I have already recommended Helen! She is truly gifted with bodywork and is also an amazing listener. I always come away from my appointments feeling exponentially better, no matter how bad I felt coming in. She customizes her touch and her techniques to my body’s needs, and she checks in often- in fact, she guides me in learning to check in on myself, which is its own skill. I appreciate every session and look forward to the next with great anticipation. Highly recommend.
