I had a vehicle financed by them. After paying off for a month, they reported my credit on Experience as a delinquent account with a balance of $0. My credit dropped 15 points. I spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, but they don't pay attention. This company is horrible. I think I should contact a lawyer or something similar.
Worst bank ever. I never had nearly the amount of issues I have had now since merhing with Nuvision. Safe america should have NEVER merged with this instituation, worst decision they ever made and now forcing me to go down to the nearest branch to get my money out and moved elsewhere. Travis Credit Union here I come!
This particular Nuvision FCU branch in Martinez, CA is racist. They refused to open an account for me after I specifically told them that I’m a school employee and hence my income is legitimate and that I can prove it to them and that they can verify it for themselves too. They probably think I sell street narcotics or something like that. I also have good credit and I have never had any fraud or delinquency with any other bank institutions.
