So far nuvision has met their CD offers and it is normally easy to reach them for assistance. And they are so friendly and professional on the phone.
Safe America actually cared about their members. When you called customer service, they actually answered the phone. I called Nuvision the other day and the wait time was 22k minutes! No exaggeration, really, 22k! I opted for the call back. 2 days later I got a call back. Nuvision is no better than any of the large banks that are just out to rip you off with their fees.
