I’m so upset Cooper University Health Care trying to get in touch with my knee surgeon is like a needle in a haystack. The service is the WORST! I contacted the office today to arrange an ultrasound through my doctor at Cooper, but I still haven't received it. I've been attempting to reach them for three hours, only to be given the runaround or placed on hold for over 15 to 20 minutes.
