Wish I could say good things about this place but in hindsight it’s as bad as all nursing / assisted living facilities. Management is the number one issue here because they do nothing to resolve issues. Oh they will tell you in their care meetings what you want to hear but nothing changes. They say you must be able to ambulate by yourself but there are several people incapable of walking, several in wheelchairs. They need assistance but don’t get it most of the time. Cooper Trail is an amazing senior living community. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly care about the residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and full of great activities. It feels like a real family here, and I’m so thankful for the love and care they provide every day!

I don’t have a loved one who lives here, but I work at the front desk, & it’s the best job I’ve ever had. Everyone is so friendly, very understanding, and works their tails off no matter what department they’re in. Such a warm and welcoming facility when you walk in, & the residents show how well they’re taken care of every day!! Best assisted living facility in bardstown!!!!
