Love this place, I'm relatively new to mountain biking, and the staff has been really helpful with questions on tubeless tires, bike setup, etc. I was having an issue where my hands constantly go numb riding, it's been ongoing for 6 months and I've tried everything (seat height, reach, handlebar angle, brake angle, different grips). Katie looked at my setup and suggested jumping from a 20 rise handlebar to a 30, first two rides and no numbness. She was great in helping me! Awesome place! Katie (I'm pretty sure that was her name!) helped me find the perfect biking shoes and I'm super satisfied! She dealt with me as I was very thorough and tried on two pairs for about 30 minutes lol. Great place, great vibes
As far as I’m concerned, the best shop in town. Super helpful and friendly staff, and a good selection of bikes, parts, tools, and gear. David is an amazing mechanic and has helped me fix several things on my bike and even goes as far as to show you what he’s doing so you can (attempt to) do it yourself next time. An easy five stars from me.
David and his crew were very accommodating to me during and after my purchase of a sweet Marin fitness bike.The handlebars were slightly low for me and they were able to put an adjustable stem on which really helped my comfort. Their prices are very competitive too. I’m looking forward to getting a bike for my wife there too. Thanks y’all.
