Recently joined this Opticians as it is easily accessible for me compared to my previous place. Myself and my Son have both visited and are very happy with the service received. All staff members are very polite and friendly. The place is clean and tidy. Blue badge parking which I require is directly outside. Appointments made in a good time frame.
I went to this optician which had been recommended and not my usual, as I had severe eye pain which I thought was a migraine. They didn't have any available appointments for a couple of days, but because of the pain which was worsening they managed to squeeze me in. The optometrist did an eye examination and advised me to go to hospital straight away which they arranged, due to the build up of pressure in my eye. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. a new pair of glasses and contacts lenses arrived two weeks before expected. The staff are lovely some of the best I’ve dealt with they seem to be very happy at work whoever owns this company should be proud of them and the top service they provide. Definitely be back
