Rob is very knowledgeable and walks you through the entire process. Which is why I was surprised that our phone quote differed of that from the actual contract (through email) which was $2000 more!! When confronted, Rob was kind enough to tell us that he mumbles (again a surprise to me, because as everyone mentioned, including ourselves, he was clear and walk you through the process and explained in great detail what needed to be done).
