If I could give 10 stars I surely would! I am a homeowner in Brick NJ and could not find a part I needed to replace a light fixture. My neighbor suggested Cooper because close to our home. I walked in and first was asked if I had an account. I showed the picture of what I needed to the representative (I am so sorry I did not get his name). He said he never really even saw one of these and they do not carry them. He then took the time to go thru several catalogs, went online and finally found what I needed.
