Had a really good experience here recently. Called to make a small order of some specific fixtures that were not in stock, and Chris did a bunch of sleuthing to figure out how to source them and get them to me quickly. He was immediately receptive, proactive, and contacted me to keep me informed. I ended up getting the fixtures more quickly than I ever could have expected.
