I had an 8pm appointment that's what time they start,do not, do not show up early, there's no parking, basically pull up to the gate at your appointment and get a door! Maybe, this was my first time here! I backed in...2hrs later i left! This place reminds me of the old chicken shacks I delivered in the 80's and 90's..and it was very expensive to get unloaded, $398 for a straight pull off! I thought that's ridiculous! This driver was not happy with the amount of money he was charged for his lumper service hear at Coopers Booth Wholesale. It’s near $1000.00 as he walked past me talking to someone on his phone. Mine was $300 to take off a couple of pallets.Other than high outrageous lumper fees everything went well. Unloading was quick and paperwork inhand shortly after

Employs incompetent, lazy, self entitled delivery drivers who inconvenience store customers. Blocks gas pumps, parks in handicap spaces, blocks drive aisles. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Be ashamed Cooper-Booth, the pictures tell the story. Here we go again. Driver is proud of it. I called HOCO police. Driver did get a ticket.

I originally left a 3-star review. The company considered it “negative,” contacted me through the broker, and demanded that I delete it. They even threatened not to pay for the delivered load unless the review was removed — despite the fact that the freight was delivered on time, with proper temperature control and without damage. Very disappointing experience. First — there are no restrooms for drivers, which already shows how little they care. The yard has very limited space for maneuvering, making it stressful to get in and out. I arrived exactly at the appointment time, yet they pushed my unloading almost a full day later, forcing me to sit and wait with nowhere to park.
