They keep things “in stock” and available to buy on their website that they don’t actually have. Then they refund you a week later with no other communication. They do not respond to emails or answer their phone. Don’t order from here.
I tried to support small business and ordered an outfit through this company. I needed to get a different size and emailed regarding a return. They indicated it was outside of their return policy which is 7 seven days and refused. I asked they reconsider based on shipping time but they did not return the email. However, my item was shipped from them and wasn't received until 6 days later which basically exhausted their return timeframe. They apparently oversold the outfit I was in dire search of. I’m not sure how that even happens with online sales. I received a very short message saying “sorry, hope you understand” and a refund. Will never shop here again.
