Bought a few things from this shop including a dining table and chair set. One leg of a chair just broke off and there is no replacement or repair option. The legs are not stable and are really bad quality. It’s not kings living but the prices being put up by Coomo should give better quality. A new chair was the solution offered at $450 that too in another colour and completely different design. Beware of this sort of furniture companies.
DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE!! We spent nearly A$4000 purchasing a king-size bed and mattress for our new house in Dec 2020. The new bed kept shaking after we started sleeping on the bed. Every time we got up and down the bed, the bed always made a noise. Coomo's staff came to fix the bed a few times, but it still didn't work. Then we gave up. The firm mattress is worse. Very poor customer experience. The staff doesn't communicate clearly either over phone, emails or in-person. Their policies on returns, exchanges or refunds are not clearly communicated. They're highly over-priced. Some of their products are ordinary imitations of European furniture. Stay away.
