Alison needs to sharpen her customer service skills. Too busy socialising to serve me, when she finally decided to, she kept the conversation going with her friend and I never got the chance to enquire about a few things I wanted. Totally rude. Thankfully the young bloke there helped me. In future I'll go to H Hardware, their customer service is great.
Mostly good variety of hardware. Great service. Great plant selection. Lovely household n giftware
Dropped by to grab some firewood and was blown away by the service. Never had such a lovely experience at any other hardware store in either the city or small town. Thanks!
