Thanks Cooma Coaches for saving our busload of primary kids from their broken down coach from another company! No notice on a Friday afternoon, but there in no time to save the day :)
The bus got us safely to and from Perisher on an extremely busy day, when the car park in the national park was full. They accomodated everyone and calmed down stressed & confused passengers . Fairly priced. I accidentally left my bag on the bus and they so kindly posted it back to Sydney. Thanks so much guys , without your bus to save the day our trip would have been ruined. Great service if i could give 6 stars I would
If you want to die in the cold Travel with these guys It’s like assisted torture
The Snowy mountains bus service is an absolute joke. You have to pre book despite the website being absolutely useless. Josh the guy at the bus stop is the only saving grace, he helped us as much as he can, the rest of the staff were apathetic and useless. Do not book the snowy mountains bus service.
