Hands down best service I’ve had in a bike shop. I’ve used this store multiple times now, and always been well looked after. The shop owner is a gentleman and took the time to discuss all my questions, even talked me out buying unnecessary things. 100% recommend!!

Absolutely zero help. The first time I used the shop after being a marcoola local for 30 years. I had the two men working arguing Infront of me whether the bike pump I bought would work for my bike. Despite this I bought it, and it did not work. Second visit I bought a tube for my tyre, popped immediately once installed, no offer to install in the shop. Both interactions seemed there was no interest in the customer. Cool thanks guys keep it local

Really nice guy and great to have a chat about all things high end road bikes. Really knows his stuff (which is great for a bike nerd like me) and willing to help me out as much as he could on my broken hotel bike today. Will definitely be back when next in the market for a new road bike.
