Trying to get an appointment for post total knee Replacement treatment! Original appointment was booked for last week but i had to cancel and reschedule due to a family emergency. Told they would call me with an appointment. Received phone call yesterday offering appointment today at either 9:15 or 11:20 today. I chose 11:20am. Even triple checked the time.
