Great staff and the methods works.
Coolmed… Dr. Cooley is fantastic and very knowledgeable and caring about her patients. The staff Charlin, John and Francis have always been friendly and professional with myself and my wife. Charlin has always been very helpful with any issues with our insurance issues, gotten the issue resolved or explained. She is a great person to have on your side. John is always ready to help with scheduling and help with any of the other things that you need to get per Dr. Cooley. Francis is always ready with a smile and a warm persona... read more
I was a patient of Dr Cooley in 2020 she was the best as well as the staff. I had to stop going because COVID started. I never got Covid. Anyway I call Friday wanting an appointment for the sculpting pod. The guy who answered asked my name I told him I was a previous client he put me on hold and came back and told me they no longer have that service, I didn’t understand why he had to put me on hold to come back and tell me that they no longer had that machine 🤷♀️I told him it is on the website he said he didn’t know.
