Not the same company, it went down hill
Had an issue with a delivery and reached out to customer service and had such a great experience. Will definitely order from them again!
I have to go two brands for sun protection, and Coolibar is one of them. Huge variety of styles to choose from. I had three early stage melanomas removed in my 30s and 40s. Slathering sunscreen on every day It’s just not a permanent solution. Coolibar has been a reliable source for me for hats, cover up shirts and work out gear for years now. Love them!
Funny enough!!! In a sad way!!! The owner of Coolibar responded to my review by saying that a member of their time has responded to my email. However, I have not received any email whatsoever. Is he joking?? Or just trying to paper over their terrible customer service experience? Their customer service is top notch. I had a mix up with my package and they were willing to work with me every step of the way.
