Really poor experience. Never buying from them again. They seem to be headed downhill brand and service wise. Took forever for the order to come in, was exceptionally poor quality when it came in, I returned in 2 days it reached them in 5 and refund was not processed a whole 3 weeks. 2 emails not replied, Customer service is nonexistent. Had to complain within “shop”app to get a response. I think if I hadn’t done that these guys would have gotten away with the returned product and kept my money. Unfortunately not a good service experience with employee Miracle on 5/26/26. Unable to help out my spouse regarding a promotion and did not escalate the issue. Easier to not help and lost out on a family of customers who love upf gear.
I've been a customer of Coolibar for around twenty-five years; at taht time almost no one made SPF/UPF clothing. I've placed about two orders per year since I stumbled across them in my quest to avoid both skin cancer and sunblock. Their products have always been great and I'm delighted that their product lines have expanded over the years. Thank you Coolibar!!!!!
Ordered a hat as medium. It came X-Large. Ordered another, expecting that I would return the first. The second one also came the same way. Tried to return, they want to charge me . BEWARE!! Emailed them . No response
