Alejandro did an excellent job on my customer service call.
Alejandro did a professional and efficient job of processing my refund request after I cancelled an order IMMEDIATELY after placing it on 9-26-2025. Coolibar did not 1. refund my purchase price at that time 2. send me the merchandise. I had to call Coolibar to notify them of their failure to refund almost $300 to me. Apparently Coolibar was happy to keep my money and NOT send me any merchandise. Why was my initial request not processed correctly? I love Coolibar merchandise but as a company they leave a lot to be desired fro... read more
