The customer service team took care if my return issue in an efficient and kind manner.
Sent two emails with a product question - are their sunglasses ok for seawater/pool water. Never got a reply. Coolibar: I have 300+ euros worth of products in my basket right now. A no reply will mean I will cancel my order in full and never access the Site again. The skincancer.org recommends many other UPF brands.
