Avoid. If you have a problem with your order - Customer service is non existent. Takes two weeks to get a reply and the reply is canned and doesn’t match the question/query you had. Means any issues are impossible to resolve. Best to avoid altogether. Plenty of other brands offering the same product.

Really poor experience. Never buying from them again. They seem to be headed downhill brand and service wise. Took forever for the order to come in, was exceptionally poor quality when it came in, I returned in 2 days it reached them in 5 and refund was not processed a whole 3 weeks. 2 emails not replied, Customer service is nonexistent. Unfortunately not a good service experience with employee Miracle on 5/26/26. Unable to help out my spouse regarding a promotion and did not escalate the issue. Easier to not help and lost out on a family of customers who love upf gear.
I've been a customer of Coolibar for around twenty-five years; at taht time almost no one made SPF/UPF clothing. I've placed about two orders per year since I stumbled across them in my quest to avoid both skin cancer and sunblock. Their products have always been great and I'm delighted that their product lines have expanded over the years. Thank you Coolibar!!!!!
