Ordered a hat as medium. It came X-Large. Ordered another, expecting that I would return the first. The second one also came the same way. Tried to return, they want to charge me . BEWARE!! Emailed them . No response

I would avoid this company. Their communication is horrible. It took almost a month for me to get the items I selected and each time they blamed it on a new warehouse process. The first time I totally understood but then I neveer heard anything back. I tried using the chat which I was never able to get in touch with a human. BUYER BEWARE: Order listed as “being ready to be shipped” for 3.5 weeks and nothing has been received. I ordered March 5 and emailed March 23 asking for tracking information for my order. The only response I received was they’re moving warehouses and there may be delays. It’s now March 31 and I have not received tracking information or my items.
