Cooley portraits did school photos for my child’s school. Unfortunately the photos were taken in April and we have yet to receive them (in mid June). Evidently there were technical difficulties which caused the delay in photos being released. On Monday, the school and Cooley communicated via email that photo galleries were live. My wife and I have been trying to get a hold of someone to ask about our sons pictures. We emailed, called, and left VMs.. no response in almost 3 weeks ..
I have used Kate and Chad Cooley for several photo opps over the years and they ALWAYS provide a great result!! 2 different headshots sittings, family photos and senior photos - both digital and print photos are top notch! Highly recommend! It is an investment, but you won’t regret the outcome.

I got the email with the proofs and it didn’t show the bruises on her legs. I’m glad I only got 1 picture because this is horrible. To pay $30 for 1 picture and to have it fixed I would have to reorder it! Just wanted it fixed as I hang this picture in the wall.
