They are not certified for remedial massage that is claimable from a health fund. They said they were when I called to book, then gave receipt without correct details. Don't expect to be able to claim back! Scammed!

the customer service is horrendous, especially from may. i had an appointment booked, wanted to reschedule. I tried to call 4 times throughout the day, followed by an email to which no response. next day I was charged. they tried to lie and say they had no calls but i sent an email with my call log.
