No stars if we could! Think maybe this business does not really exist? Called for emergency plumbing around 1pm to be charged right away £226 and would be here to fix within 2.5 hours. SIX hours later - no show and no call. Rang to be told another 1/2 hour only. TWO hours later NO SHOW and no call. Rang again to cancel and refund. Said ok but had to call my credit card to claim fraudulent charge in any case. Andrew (owner?) didn’t seem very concerned. No grovelling apology or explanation.
