DO NOT HIRE. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND AGGRESSIVE. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Cool Hand Movers was a total disaster from start to finish. They are running a complete bait-and-switch scam. I paid for and was promised a 3-man crew, but they only sent 2 guys, forcing the move to take much longer while still trying to charge me the full rate. I had an excellent experience with Cool Hand Movers and can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, communication was fantastic. Matt did a great job coordinating everything via email ahead of the move. Clear, responsive, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I moved in Brooklyn and Cool Hand Movers made the whole thing effortless. The crew showed up right on time, were professional from start to finish, and handled everything, including my TV, electronics, and standing desk, with real care. The flat rate pricing meant no surprises on the final bill, which I really appreciated. Booking was easy, communication with Matt was clear and responsive, and the whole move wrapped up faster than I expected. Highly recommend for anyone doing a Brooklyn move.

This company is fantastic! I had earlier contacted some other places who gave me crazy number for moving a small amount of furniture and several boxes less than a half a mile away. A good friend suggested Cool Hand Movers and they saved the day. Even when the client changed the move day mere hours before they kindly adjusted and rescheduled. Day of move went smoothly and the guys brought everything up the elevator with ease. They even attached a new headboard to the existing adjustable bed for me saving my back! This is the second time I used Cool Hand Movers and just like my first experience, it was wonderful. The crew arrived on-time and prepared. They were professional, courteous and got through the job on time. Would not hesitate to call on them again. They were great!
