This company is fantastic! I had earlier contacted some other places who gave me crazy number for moving a small amount of furniture and several boxes less than a half a mile away. A good friend suggested Cool Hand Movers and they saved the day. Even when the client changed the move day mere hours before they kindly adjusted and rescheduled. This was my second time using Cool Hand Movers. They are responsive, professional and less expensive than other companies. I had to change my move date / items a few times and the home office was quick to send me updated quotes/confirmations very quickly. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time and worked very fast and impressively (as stated by our building super!). Cool Hand Movers is an incredible moving company. Fairly priced, excellent service. We hired them to pack for us and move to a new apartment. The team was very nice, flexible, and responsible. They were careful with our things. Extremely reliable!
I've worked with Cool Hand 3 or 4 times now, but this was the first time I opted into having them pack for me. It's the best decision I could have made, honestly I only wish I also opted into the unpacking. The team was so kind and efficient- it was below freezing out with mounds of snow everywhere but it didn't slow them down. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking for movers. 10 out of 10!
