DO NOT HIRE. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND AGGRESSIVE. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Cool Hand Movers was a total disaster from start to finish. They are running a complete bait-and-switch scam. I paid for and was promised a 3-man crew, but they only sent 2 guys, forcing the move to take much longer while still trying to charge me the full rate. Loading items very carelessly and refused to hear any instructions. The absolute worst part of this experience was a mover named Jonas. He has a disgusting atti... read more

I had an excellent experience with Cool Hand Movers and can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, communication was fantastic. Matt did a great job coordinating everything via email ahead of the move. Clear, responsive, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. On moving day, Ruben, Santiago, and Klever were absolutely outstanding. Despite brutal single-digit weather, they showed up on time, in great spirits, and ready to work. I had such an amazing experience with these movers! They broke nothing, five happy guys worked so hard and fast, they made it their mission to save my 12 foot birch tree from my backyard so it wouldn’t die, and at 4 PM my new house looked unpacked and impeccable! FYI I highly recommend choosing the pack and unpack service; I didn’t have to buy boxes or bubble wrap a single cup!

Cool Hand Movers was amazing!!! S. and Gerardo were absolute experts at packing and moving my furniture and boxes. They were incredibly quick and efficient while still taking such great care of everything. Even my new super commented on how fast and professional they were! On top of that, they helped me break down furniture that I wasn’t bringing to my new apartment, which was incredibly helpful and made the whole moving process so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Highly recommend Cool Hand... read more

I moved in Brooklyn and Cool Hand Movers made the whole thing effortless. The crew showed up right on time, were professional from start to finish, and handled everything, including my TV, electronics, and standing desk, with real care. The flat rate pricing meant no surprises on the final bill, which I really appreciated. Booking was easy, communication with Matt was clear and responsive, and the whole move wrapped up faster than I expected. Highly recommend for anyone doing a Brooklyn move.
