From providing a quote to the move itself, Cool Hand Movers was smooth, friendly, professional, and so reasonable. Carl and Ivan, my two movers, were lovely and made everything look so easy as they moved my studio apartment's belongings into my new apartment. My furniture remained in great shape, they navigated my new apartment's small elevator with ease, and the whole thing was done within 2 hours! I had a pain-free and affordable move thanks to Cool Hand Movers. Highly recommend!
What a terrific operation! My husband and I moved from lower Manhattan to the Upper East Side, and Cool Hand Movers sent a delightfully diverse, polite and property-sensitive crew of four to pack us up over the course of one day and move us the next morning. We had a wonderful experience with the team and everything was handled professionally. I sent a video to get my flat rate quote for packing and moving and everything happened exactly as they said it would. They called before they arrived, they spent the amount of time they said they would on packing and moving. They really handled everything perfectly and made it as smooth as possible. These guys were spectacular. My plans kept changing-when I needed to move and what I needed moved - they were able to accommodate it all. They made the process really easeful. The day of - wow they surpassed my expectations. The guys were efficient, professional and friendly. And the estimate was accurate to the penny. Hats off to the entire team. If I ever move again these will be my guys. Recommend them without reservation.
We had a wonderful experience with Cool Hand Movers! Johnny and his team were on time and very efficient with our local move. They helped us pack most of our belongings and move in about 5 hours. It was definitely worth it! Everything arrived safely and well organized. Highly recommend!
