I thought I’d had a pretty good moving experience with a different company before, but was so happy with my packing & moving experience this week which was even better. Communication was awesome, both when I had some questions & changes during booking and on the day of. The Cool Hand team was easy and flexible to work with ahead of the move, and their crew on the day were top notch! They helped us move all our boxes and furniture to our new home and put them exactly where we wanted. We felt like everything was set up and ready for us to enjoy our new home! Huge thanks!
Absolutely fantastic experience with this moving team! They helped me dispose of my old bed and expertly assembled my new one — all with great communication, professionalism, and care. They arrived right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made what could’ve been a stressful task feel totally seamless. It’s rare to find a service that’s this efficient and friendly. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future moves and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable help with furniture or moving logistics!
We had such a wonderful experience with Cool Hand Movers! My wife and I hired them for our 2-bedroom move into an apartment with tricky stairs and hallways, which they navigated easily. They were thorough, considerate, and flexible, while of course being an extremely competent and efficient team. And all really nice folks to spend the afternoon with. Would absolutely recommend and hire again!
I got estimates from a few moving companies, including the pink one, but Cool Hand had the best vibe and value for me and I liked that I could input the items I wanted moved in their website instead of having to verbally list it to the various movers i called, and also that they have an option to charge hourly for short moves within the same building.
