Horrible. Bad photos and expensive. I don’t under why the schools keep going with this company. Pay extra for touch ups if not. Just bad

I ordered photo strips with 3 poses (top, middle and bottom). They printed the photo strips with incorrect poses than the ones I had ordered. I sent them multiple emails and no one ever responded. I tried to call the office but no one ever picks up the phone. I ended up having to dispute payment with the credit card company and getting my money back. Also, not to mention, the adhesive from the plastic package got stuck on my photos. It was a major disappointment since they did not handle the packaging with care. Photos are o... read more

You had one job, you fail at it greatly every time, we pay a lot of money for subpar pictures as is, the least you could have done was position and make the children smile naturally. My child’s pictures look like a scene from a horror movie, out of so many only one is somewhat usable. Don’t you have assistants? Something to make kids laugh?
