I ordered photo strips with 3 poses (top, middle and bottom). They printed the photo strips with incorrect poses than the ones I had ordered. I sent them multiple emails and no one ever responded. I tried to call the office but no one ever picks up the phone. I ended up having to dispute payment with the credit card company and getting my money back. You had one job, you fail at it greatly every time, we pay a lot of money for subpar pictures as is, the least you could have done was position and make the children smile naturally. My child’s pictures look like a scene from a horror movie, out of so many only one is somewhat usable. Don’t you have assistants? Something to make kids laugh? Do you not see on your camera that the poses are bad and clothes need adjusting? They are truly wonderful. It’s like they bring a little studio to each child, creating a special moment for them. They have a way of making the kids laugh, have fun, and even make the little ones jump. The portraits capture those precious, natural moments beautifully. And afterward, you get to choose your favorites from so many lovely options. They really are the best at what they do!
