Owner sold me a package deal and said the business would merge with another med spa where I could use the visits but stopped answering emails and never refunded the money.
Would give this place minus five stars if I could. After confirming my appt and showing up 15 mins early on a Monday, there was literally NO ONE at the clinic. I mean NO ONE. They wouldn’t answer their phone or texts. Finally when I got a hold of someone, she sounded like she totally forgot I was scheduled to come in and quickly hung up to think of an excuse. The staff at Cool Confidence are amazing! I’ve been going to Cool Confidence to rid my face of cystic acne and the scars from it. After a few months of treatment the acne was gone and the scaring was by minimized. I could not be happier with the results I’ve gotten so far.
