At closing, they didn't register the deed correctly with the county even after I told them it was incorrect. Also, there was a failure to disclose information which required the condo association to hire another lawyer to fix the problem. He was involved in the writing of the contract so he knew it was a problem. This happened several years ago but I still feel the effect of a simple closing gone wrong.
Love working with them. They will go the extra mile.
