Waited at home all day for a package as had notification it was to be delivered today. Just checked my mailbox... slip stating attempted delivery in morning! Got no alert that anyone was here & now have to chase this package up tomorrow... not impressed at all.
Things were a bit rough about a year ago but unfortunately as many business struggle to get staff they must have had trouble aswell. They have improved out of sight. Kind, considerate and now outgoing. Getting stock out of the weather. Very happy to have our goods coming through their business.Now rounds like clock work. I don’t even have to call.
Thankyou to Cooks transport for our delivery today and making the effort to sort out a wrong address that was given by our supplier. Very happy to receive our goods and would recommend this transport company for there great service. Particular thanks to the receptionist and the driver for going out of their way to help.
