I would avoid this business at all costs. The people I dealt with were not only unhelpful and unprofessional but flat-out rude and insulting. After a couple email exchanges, I went to their location to have some hats embroidered. The person at the store gave me completely different answers than the person who responded to the emails and was very rude when I tried to clarify these differing responses.
