2018 the sales rep came and measured for door, shutters and garage door. I agreed to the quote. When the fitters came, they were struggling to fit the garage door and the door as the measurements were very wrong. They eventually managed to fit them but the work looked shabby and definitely not to the standard I was expecting. The door would not shut unless slammed.I phoned up a year later to see if anything could be done and was told it was all fine. After being messed around by another company I went to Cooks. The appointment made to measure my windows for new blinds was very prompt and I was talked through all the suitable options. Once ordered I was kept up to date with when I could expect installation. The fitters arrived promptly on the day and the blinds were fitted with minimal disruption to me. Would recommend Cooks to anyone as a first class service

Fantastic service did the upmost to insure no disruption .Beautiful blind fitted which perfectly matched our colours and done so quickly would highly recommend .
