I visited about a month ago and was not impressed! I love the product and brand but the store was not it. No menu, no interaction, staff didn’t know pricing… Meh.
I enjoyed the product. However, the rest is resting on it's laurels. You have a great product but the staff were disinterested in me, when I asked about a smell proof bag that cost 150 the response was I don't know the price I think it's like 200?? And no attempt to sell me on the bag was made. I felt disengaged I love the brand but dislike the current setup especially on a Saturday when you should be enthused to sell weed and talk about great weather etc. I won't be making any more pilgrimages to brick and mortar just buyin... read more
You always can get the Good Good from Cookies and this location delivers
Was not impressed by the customer service or the lack of display of any of their products nor was there any sort of like menu or even like available tablets to look through their products even the one that I did get to look through they weren’t even sure if they had their stuff in stock. Not to mention how unhelpful, rude and un-knowledgeable the budtenders were about the products that are on the market right now overall not impressed. Clearly This company is just overhyped.
