My family is across the country from my sister so we thought we would make her valentines special by ordering her a cookie bouquet to surprise her with. We ordered it well before valentines. Not only did she not receive it before valentines but we tried for two days to contact the store with no reply or response. I called about 2 weeks ahead of time with an order for my boyfriends birthday. I wanted an NFL basket and for a different team than the broncos which is why I was attempting to order so far ahead of time. I was told first of all that I would have to pay a 25$ delivery charge, which I was fine with due to the fact that I live about 20 mins away from the store.
