Reached out and customer Service is non-existent. Cookies are very low quality. Quality is subpar compared to other brands and at a similar price point, you are better off buying something else. It has only gotten worse since PE bought it.
Yep. I second what everyone else saying. Switched to “dairy free” now they are taste and satisfaction free 🤮😥😥😥 Change the formula back please!

I just purchased two types, the Pistachio Chocolate Chip and the Chocolate Chip. Both varieties were not good, I had one from each package, and threw them in my trash. I checked the packages for expiration dates, still had 2 months to go before expiration. Best word to describe the taste is OLD. Purchased at Menards in Marshalltown, Iowa. Reading reviews from others, the recipe has changed? No dairy in product, using palm and canola oils? Maybe that is what I am tasting.
