Great customer service but the cookies are not that good.
Homemade cookies.....yummy. We ordered through Doordash and our cookies were delivered warm. The cookies have butter 🧈 . So in everybite you can taste that goodness. We ordered the four pack. Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, Smores', and Sprinkles. Each cookies is crispy on the edges and moist in the middle. The size of each cookie is moderate and based on the taste it's made from quality ingredients. I honestly don't even want to give this place one star. It was such a disappointing experience. My daughter and I stopped by tonight, and the store wasn't busy at all. There was only one customer ahead of us. The employee explained the different cookie sizes and pricing, and we decided to order the 12 medium cookies for $20. We selected two each of six different flavors from the seven that were on display. I specifically told him that I did not want the walnut cookie because I can't eat walnuts due to health issues. I'm a sucker for a good cookie and with the a name like Cookie Plug you would think that your about to be in cookie heaven. The name should be changed to Cookie Unplugged because this place is cookie hell, when I got home and opened the box it looked like I had bought 4 pounds of cooked bacon from all the oil/grease I took the cookies out of the box and placed them on a paper towel and the paper towel was dripping with oil/grease.ill give them a 0 on the taste aspect, your better off going to Walmart and getting cookies.
