The first time I went to Cookie it was after Grandma's Marathon. My daughter and I both treated ourselves to an hour massage. Unlike other marathons, we avoided the toxins pooling in our legs. The next day we both felt great instead of feeling like we were in a cement cast. I would highly recommend this for post athletic work. Cookie does amazing work from my neck/chest issues to my lower back pain I get. She always knows exactly where my problems are. Her flexibility with my schedule is a plus! She’s always able to get me in.
She has amazing technique. I am a massage therapist also. If you have sciatica, tilted pelvis. She can actually make a difference, to relieve your pain.
