In addition to many local favorites, they are known for the unique shape of their Sponge Candy. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!! I tried to send my nephew a cookie bouquet to school for his 13th birthday, was told this WOULDN'T be a problem, charged extra for delivery because it wasn't their day to deliver to that particular area only to be called 1 1/2 hours after the delivery was scheduled to be told there was a delay and it didn't happen. Cookies are great - Customer Service needs some help Nice alternative gift for men. Cookies are always fresh. Didn't like the fact I couldn't redeem my on line coupon when I called my order in over the phone. They wouldn't accept a fax and I had to drop the coupon off at the store. Placing my order over the phone was the whole idea so I didn't have waste a trip to the store. Don't believe that was good customer service on their part.
Best product and service My daughter celebrated a birthday recently. She had hinted that she would love another COOKIE EXPRESSION BOUQUET, which I've done in the past. NO BRAINER!. EASY GIFT. However my daughter had changed her employment and there was a question as to where the actual gift was delivered since she did not receive it in the time frame offered.
Cookies Expressions I love this place. If you are tired of sending flowers then send cookies. The cookies are made fresh and taste great according to everyone that I have sent them to! They have many choices of gifts to choose from. I would check them out!
