Umm...I think you need to visit again I have not seen a Cooke's at this location. However, I shop at the one on Keith. I have never had a negative experience and have always been treated with the utmost care and customer service. They have even taken my groceries to the car! I also like the unique foods that I can find there. As for the beef stew incident... Why didn't you just go trade the container? Sounds like you expect a lot to be done for you. Went from a good store to really having bad customer service I have been a steady customer of this store for a few years now and did not mind paying a little exra for the convenience and customer service. But over the last several months store is trying to go from being a small town grocer to a ritzy store and with it has lost the customer service it used to provide. JOKES This place is a joke.....no seafood selections....store is dark and depressing, you feel like you're stuck in a bad 80's soap opera. deli employees may be the rudest people I've ever seen working a deli. Please bring a Publix and show these people how a REAL store is operated........Cookes....remove the CO and add a J.....JOKES

can never add items right this local grocer has been here for at least fifteen years that i know of and not once but each time i do my grocery shopping there they always ring sale items as regular price. well i always check my receipt once i get home and they had made so many price mistakes i do not go there anymore! just think of the elderly people that probably do not look at there receipt and how much money they have cheated people out of. i could see if it happened only a couple times but 10 to 15 TOOOOOOOO MANY!
Better than others Like Walmart is any better. They have all those lines and only 4 cashiers waiting on 100 people at one time always takes a long time. I like cookes because they may have long lines but they do get to you more efficiently and have a better attitude. I like having someone take my groceries to my car and put them in especially on cold days and rainy days. They still believe in the people is what matters not how mighty big they get like some stores

loooooooong check out lanes this store is close to home and convenient for me to shop for my groceries, well my daughter and i stopped in one day to buy just a few things for supper that night, maybe we had ten items in our cart at the most. they have five to six cash registers and only one opened the line was extremely long and to my surprise the manager had purchased groceries before going home and when he had seen how long the line was she had an employee open another lane FOR NO ONE ELSE BUT TO CHECK HER OUT SHE SAID SHE... read more
